Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together; or
- on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the last item or last partial delivery, where goods are delivered in multiple shipments or parts.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods—whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- for the supply of sealed sound or video recordings or computer software, where the seal has been removed after delivery.
